This is a nice quiet spot that can be popular in the summertime. You can go for a little hike, go for a swim in the cold water and most of all, enjoy the beautiful scenery. They recently installed a suspension bridge, so you can get an even better view.
夏間にカスケードフォールズはポピュラーの静かな場所です。そこにはハイキングに行って、冷たい〜山水で泳げってとりわけ、素敵な風景を見る楽しめる。最近、サスペンションブリッジを完成したからもっと素敵な風景を見える。

There is no transit here, just access by car. Just head towards Mission, BC on Lougheed hwy which turns into BC-7 road, turn left on Sylvester road (Husky gas station on the corner, on the left hand side), then you stay on here following the signs to Cascade Falls [Google maps of course will give more detailed directions].
